Alice started her career in the AEC industry with DPR Construction in the San Francisco Bay Area building UCSF Medical Center at Mission Bay and Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford. She led the Bay Area Skunkworks group and implemented various construction technologies on project sites. In April 2016, Alice relocated to Singapore to help start up the Southeast Asia HQ for DPR Construction as the resident BIM/VDC and construction technology expert and worked on data center projects. She was part of various workgroups led by the Singapore Building and Construction Authority (BCA), was a part-time lecturer for the BCA Academy BIM Management Certification Course, taught BIM courses for RICS and spoke at various conferences in the region. Since joining RET Ventures as Partner in 2019, Chris has overseen much of the firm’s activity, including leading new investments, fundraising and providing guidance to RET’s growing portfolio of real estate technology companies. Prior to RET, Chris spent twelve years at global private equity firm TPG, where he led growth investments in tech-enabled companies and partnered closely with CEOs and entrepreneurs. He began his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company. Chris has an MBA from the Stanford GSB as well as an AB in Economics and an SM in Computer Science from Harvard University.

Headquartered in Dallas, Invitation Homes is a leading owner and operator of single-family
homes for lease with 85,000+ homes in 16 markets across the United States. Invitation Homes
emerged as the largest single-family rental company through investments and sequential
mergers with three of the largest real estate private equity firms.
Before Invitation Homes, Charles was Executive Vice President at Mesa Development (now
Avison Young), a national commercial and residential real estate developer. The firm developed
nearly $1B of large-scale residential mixed-use projects. Charles was the principle lead on
several developments and iconic buildings in Chicago and Northern California.
Before joining Mesa, Charles worked for Goldman Sachs in their Real Estate Principal
Investment Area (Whitehall) and Goldman's Investment Banking Division in Mergers and
Acquisitions.

After CBRE, David worked at L&L Holding Company and Jamestown, LP before venturing to work at a Series-A proptech company - Truss, where David was Executive Vice President and member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team. While at Truss, David saw firsthand how abysmal broker technology is, despite the centrality of CRE brokers within the commercial real estate industry (they are involved in 90% of CRE transactions). Having founded Enaia in 2020, Enaia’s mission is to transform CRE by elevating the critical role that CRE brokers play within the industry by better aligning CRE brokers with their brokerages and supporting the complex ways in which CRE brokers actually come together to do business.

In 2016, Hans-Christian was recognised by Forbes as ’30 under 30’ for his role as a leading entrepreneur and commerce innovator. Before Knomi, Hans-Christian worked as an investment professional covering distressed investing, restructuring and M&A.

Wan Li also founded and runs MIT Alumni Angels, which has backed over 100 MIT-affiliated startups in technology and life sciences. Prior to venture capital, Wan Li held product and marketing leadership roles at Microsoft in Dynamics CRM. Wan Li holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from MIT in computer science, where he completed research in artificial intelligence and quantitative finance.

After a stint at McKinsey where he was a core member of their financial services and consumer goods practices, he came back to his roots and he worked for Innovation Endeavors, a seed stage venture fund backed by Eric Schmidt. In 2012, he co-founded Karlin Ventures, based in Los Angeles, where he served as the managing partner for 4 years before co-founding Fika Ventures. He is a strong proponent of transparency and efficiency and is constantly on the lookout for new platforms that seek to disrupt old, antiquated industries.
