Carbon Negative Solutions remediates air and ground pollution for utility companies converting these waste streams into carbon-negative cement supplements.

DTE Materials is decarbonizing concrete via the aggregates which makes up ~75% of concrete volume. DTE manufactures a carbon negative bioaggregate derived from forest and agriculture residues through its Clearwash process, which makes cellulose and concrete chemistries compatible. Our flagship product, StoneFiber, will be deployed as Concrete Masonry Units that are 30-40% lighter with 43-78% lower embodied carbon (compared to Ordinary Portland Cement) depending on the structural rating.

GoPowerEV provides the most cost-effective solution for in-space parking at multifamily properties. HempWood® Natural Flooring is safe for our consumers with no VOCs due to our no-added formaldehyde soy-based adhesive. The engineered format offers ease of installation, multiple subfloor applications, and the ability to be refinished up to four times. HempWood® Natural Flooring has a Janka Hardness Rating of 2,200 lbf, which is 20% harder than American white oak. The flooring is also CARB 2 and TSCA VI Compliant. In addition to no VOCs, the ASTM E648 Fire Rating is a Class 1, which is well above the commercial standard.

KEWAZO’s lifting robot, Liftbot, improves safety and productivity by replacing cranes and manual handling. Raise Robotics creates robots to build the world’s physical infrastructure. Our first product is MetalMan, a bimanual mobile manipulator for automating assembly tasks on construction sites. Taking the red eye back home? Didn’t get to check in before the Kick-Off Day Summits started? No problem we have got you covered. Head on over to the Bag Check on the 4th floor next to the Plenary Stage to store your stuff! It will be open 11:00 am to 7:30 pm on Tuesday and 8:00 am to 5:30 pm on both Wednesday and Thursday.

Jack works closely across the business to drive a culture of innovation and intensive adoption of PropTech. His role is dedicated to engaging with the PropTech ecosystem, running start-up pilots and scaling out high impact technologies. Jack previously led innovation at Nuveen Real Estate, one of the world’s largest real estate investment managers, including venture capital, PropTech strategy and portfolio implementation. He also spent two years as Head of Partnerships at Insurami, a Seed stage PropFintech start-up. Jack holds a BA (Hons) in Land Economy from Robinson College, University of Cambridge.
