Welcome to Blueprint 2023!

On behalf of all of us at Blueprint, we would like to thank you for joining our second annual conference. It is our mission to bring together the brightest and most dynamic innovators in both real estate and in technology — and we have designed Blueprint Vegas as a forum for meaningful networking, learnings, and of course, one where deals can get done.

More than 1,200 leaders from all around the world will take part at this year’s event — but it’s not so much about the number of delegates as the quality of the people and the conversations. It has been our goal to curate the best room of C-suite executives, as well as the heads of innovation and tech evangelists at major real estate companies, and prominent VCs who have been supporting tech in real estate. The result, we hope, will feel like a vibrant community that you will want to continue to grow with us year after year.

Real estate today looks very different from real estate a year ago, and a year from now, it will most likely look different than today. If the world were predictable and static, if it were easy and not complex, innovation wouldn’t be needed. The world, especially the world of real estate, is any but those things. That is why we believe even more strongly than ever before the built environment — and its trillions of dollars in assets — will continue to need innovation and benefit from an expanded relationship with and an integration of tech and new business models and approaches.

You are the reason we exist. It is through your efforts that make what we do possible. What you show is that the real estate industry’s commitment to innovation is real and necessary — and it’s clear that the transformative power of tech will continue to change the built environment in major ways. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you.
While you are the reason we exist, Blueprint wouldn’t be possible without the tireless effort of those working behind the scenes for the past year – not just those on team Blueprint but the entire Connectiv organization. Last but not least, we also would like to thank all our sponsors, especially our Title Sponsors – JLL Technologies, LAB Ventures, Prudence and Second Century Ventures. Their and all of our sponsors’ support is critical in enabling us to support you and the industry.

Have a fantastic event!
Sincerely,

David Hirschman & Vik Venkatraman
